so basically I need to tighten the diffs more (I did make sure they could not be turned by hand as in the instructions but anyway...) and make sure the slipper...

Thanks Guys - sorted. My DB01 is back on the (dirt) road again. I think the diffs must have just loosened up after my first test runs.
