Procat layshaft pulleys

In the quest to refurb my Procat, I've discovered that the layshaft pulleys are worn, where they sit on the pins, so there is a fair amount of play in them.

I thought the belt would get in the way if trying to run a shorty lipo, rearward of the motor, without the conversion kit. I guess I'll know more when I can have a good look...
