It's my opinion, you don't have to agree with it. I appreciate your comments and respect your opinion. I will say there are alot of racers who feel the same as I do though.

I suppose people would be a little bit annoyed if they had spent a fortune on the the latest 2wd buggy with upgrades and spares from whichever manufacturer they chose to find out the team drivers...

I don't get this at all. I may of read this wrong but is a purpose designed 4wd buggy with the front drive removed faster than a purpose designed 2wd buggy running as designed. ?.
