It has never sounded the smoothest to be honest so definatley going to grease it up a bit when the replacement gears go in. Good to hear it's probably just a grease issue. Thank you both for the help

It's definatley got a couple of mm play in my tlr laydown box, maybe there are variations in tolerance between them but seems unlikely it would be that much.

Ae gear diff in 22

Has anyone put an AE gear diff in a 22 3.0?
Fits ok but seems to have a some side to side play? Does it need washers of some kind?

Rb6 diff maintenance

Will be stripping my rb6 down tonight to check a few things causing me some braking issues and while it's apart I thought I might inspect the diff.
