Starting with firmware 2.08, being in spec mode would be indicated by blinking one LED (don't remember which one) and 2.12 will blink 3&5.

Firmware version 2.12, correct? If LEDs 1, 3 & 5 are blinking then the low voltage cutoff has been hit. If 3&5 blink then you are in spec mode.
