The spurs between the AE and Yokomo are not interchangeable.
The centre hole is a lot smaller on the AE spur.

However, AE spurs were more available here so I bought some, put them on a lathe...

If it does, I guess a conversion would involve some custom work.

I am quite sure a Dmax to Bmax will look fast... even on the pit table...
