With regards to the servo, if they are plastic geared you'll probably strip them easily,...

If my calculations are correct, your 210 is quite a lot under geared. The recommended gear ratio for that motor is 8.5:1 in a 2wd, and your currently on 10.28. I'd recommend trying a 25 on the 83...

It looks like you have the rubber parts in that are included with the Savox servos, try removing these as they should allow it to move back a few mm, and I think are not entirely necessary anyway.
