I can make something like worksop.oople.com Ralph? Have some pages on there with info etc - show latest forum threads etc maybe too.
Also thinking it might be easier for Muzzy to have a form that people can fill in with their details to help speed up registering for an event - nothing crazy, pretty much like the batley supercup type of things that send an email with all the details laid out.
