Had a go at this, made a B44 mould and a jig as per the Lars fella. It's a bit tricker than it looks, but i'm getting there. You really need a strong jig to hold the bottle to the mould to get the creases where the cab part of the body is. There's a reason why most of the bottle bodies are quite simple and have flat edges, it's because you can't get really fancy shapes. This isn't vac forming, it's simply shrinking the bottle around a mould. That's why the metal bars in the jig are so important.

I'll post a couple of picces of my mould / jig etc. I had a decent B44 body on my 3rd attempt, I then quickly painted it (made a complete mess of it...) to test if the lexan paint goes on ok, and it does ! I'm going to keep refining it. I think my mould was too detailed and not flat enough, so i'm going to simplify it.
