Yes, you could use either of those on the wheel. Or staggered ribs.
There's not much racing here on dirt, mainly astro, so rarely wide tyres are seen on the front of a 2wd.
Chopping of the wheel, I mean this bit, the bit in red, on the inside of the wheel, you end up with a narrow wheel ideal for narrow front 2wd tyres.
