Hi Dave

as you have seen on a Friday night we have a strong core of junior drivers from 14 years and the youngest who has just turned 4 years old.

The club supports and try's to develop the younger drivers as they are key to securing the future of the sport hobby.
the club invests a lot of time and effort putting on the series to reword the club drivers, we have taken the decision at the beginning of the series to allocate a separate heat for the junior junior driver who are a little less established and skill full as the junior drivers.

we feel in this way it reduces the pressure on them and they are more consistent, which in turn helps them develop and enjoy the hobby.
it also allow the more established junior drivers to go at a speed where they are not restricted by slower drivers, and intern helps them to be more consistent.

Sorry for the long explanation and I hope it make,s sense.

Regards
Paul
