The Phil Booth Tamiya Hotshot was a brilliant car back in the day, wish I still had mine!
So my top 3,

Schumacher CAT XLS
Schumacher Cougar SV
Tamiya Hotshot (with PB mods).

Other great cars I've owed include,
2wd CAT XLS
Tamiya Fox
Yokomo Dogfighter
RC10 B4

Brings back some great memories.
