Hi all,
unfortunately I am going to cancel next weeks meeting as everyone at the Club had arranged to be there for this week And despite us announcing our dates in early August, Kidderminster to ran on the 7th October and having announced it at the regional meeting I was under the impression that we would struggle to get enough Drivers booked in to cover the cost of hiring the room ,
I checked at Coseley and took next week without checking with everyone at the club. You know how difficult it is to get people to help set up and pack away and out of 8 people that always help there’s only myself and Phil Pidgeon that will be here next week , you can imagine I personally cant do much at all so it will be impossible to run a meeting next week. However we are still going to do our best to get 3 meetings in, I’ll get back to
you as soon as the date to replace next week is confirmed by Coseley
Round 1:18th November
Round 2: 20th January
Round 3: ?? March
We are currently trying to confirm a date ion March to replace the first meeting
