I raced at a National event in Scotland (Kirkcaldy) in the Mid-90's. Maybe Aberdeen is a bit too far but why punish a club or drivers by not turning up because of the distance??
It's like travelling up and down the country to watch your football team play (which is something I also do on a Saturday), if you have the passion for it then you will do it.

I wasnt being a killjoy in my post. I would attend a national there but just wondered if others would be up for it. Good luck with the venture. Lets hope there is a flight from NCL Airport to Aberdeen, and by the way, its bloody freezing up there aswell.
