We have an incredible 148 individual competitors and 155 entries taking part in this years event, it will be one of the biggest races of 2019, with this in mind, we need you to take direction from the organisers and adopt common sense so the event runs smoothly and safely.

Detailed below is information regarding the Robin Hood Raceway venue and the format of the meeting, if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact the team.

Meeting Format :
• Booking in will open up from 7:30am – 8:30am
• Timed practice in heat order will start at 8am 2wd will be on first (Please ensure that your transponder is in your car and is the one you booked in with)
• Drivers Briefing will be at 9:20am
• Heat 1 will start between 9:45am to 9:50am
• End of finals by 6pm
• 6pm – 6:20pm presentation

Race Format :
• 4 rounds to count
• Round by Round Qualifying
• Bump up finals for 2wd & 4wd top 2 in each final bump up to the next final.
• Stadium Truck format (Reedy style starts)

Venue Location Details:
Robin Hood Raceway
In a field. Off the A634.
Blyth, Retford,
Nottinghamshire. S81 8EU.
(1 mile from Blyth Centre).

Venue Facilities:
• Toilet block with sinks (ladies with partial disabled access)
• Chemical toilet disposal point
• Drinking water standpipe
• Rostrum with closed roof
• 4 acre of flat, grassed camping and caravanning area, site caravans and motorhomes around the outside, keep an outer access road loop free from obstruction for the benefit of all
• Dedicated Cafι building, serving hot and cold food and drinks
• Grandstands. Permanent race control.
• No prior booking for caravans, motor homes or tents required
• Disabled toilets and access into main building available, please contact us well in advance of the event if you have any particular disabilities you think we need to be aware of and we will do our best to accommodate you
• Overnight camping is available at £3 per unit - camping and caravans
• Mains Power available for charging only at a fee of £1 per person
• First Aiders James Helliwell & Steven Pierce

Site Rules:
• No Bikes, ball games etc on the track, only R/C cars
• Do not burn Astroturf by spinning up tyres if stuck
• BRCA members only within track confines
• Please keep children under control
• Site speed limit 5mph
• Do not enter surrounding fields
• Please take litter home, bin bags available at race control
• Please collect and remove any pet fouling from the site
• Please check wit site owner before lighting charcoal barbecues; wet and cool coals after use, and dispose of appropriately
