Couple of tips if your struggling with RC Sign Up.
1. If you’ve not registered before make sure all fields are completed.
2. For the URL field, just put your name or anything.
3. Make sure your PT is filled in.
4. If trying to complete on a iPhone or Android phone or iPad and cannot see the pop up box in full, tilt your device from vertical to horizontal
