For body shells, as suggested, Protoform Mazda Speed 6 or LTC is the norm. Speed 6 is more neutral and a recommended starting point.

With regards to additive, obviously it differs between indoor carpet and outdoor but I would suggest either pick a brand you like and try it out or check with your local club what everyone else is running. Myself I am running LRP Asphalt which seems to work well in cold-warm conditions.

One absolute must for outdoor 1/10 TC is Tyre Warmers.

Also as you might nw, 17.5t blinky is all about motor so ensure your motor is running cool and with correct timing and FDR for maximum performance.
