re plastic wings
I run a XXX BK1 on an 8th scale track... jumps are tough, landings are tougher. Tired of going endlessly through lexan wings, I bought plastic ones, expecting to see broken shock towers as I run optional trinity aluminium wing mounts (which is an heresy but this is how I bought the car).
I am happy to report that, after many many "rough" landings (ie dirt gets stuck to the wing edges...), there has been no breakage yet...
... which doesn't mean there wont' be any or that the Durga will behave the same.
But to me this is a viable solution.
