Definitely nothing wrong with the Nosram (or lrp as they are thr same) speed controllers. Certainly has all the right features and specs.
Both this and the hobbywing would be a good choice and once setup properly should be very good at doing the job. Also consider the customer service backup and ease of problem solving with each.
Something to consider.... which esc will fit easiest in the space available to you once all capacitors etc are fitted.
