I regularly use cyano on foams, in fact it's a standard tuning aid on pan cars, coating the tyre sidewall to reduce grip and the tyre digging in. Running a thin bead around the join between tyre and rim stops the tyre peeling away, and should be checked regularly. Foam tyres are a closed cell foam, the glue can't soak into them.
You need a flexible cyano, I use
this one from Starloc. It's also the best choice for gluing rubber tyres as well. I usually have it in my pit box so you can use it on Thursday.
