I think that is correct John.

It was the opposite for me because of the distances involved.
Guys on here are talking about the difference of 1mm in length having an effect. I wailed in without knowing much and changed it over 4mm longer!

I think this made the wheels so different in direction that the car was trying to steer in two directions at once, and therefore ended up just understeering everywhere!
