From what I have heard for racing at DMS:
TLR22 v2.0 cheapest of the 3 but relies quite heavily on newer tyres. Very strong car.
From my own experience:
Associated B5M - mid priced - good all round car - seems very strong and on the 2nd week of running it was as consistent as I have been with the KF.
Cougar KF - most expensive - I needed a ball diff to get it working at DMS, although others have not had issues - fantastic on high grip tracks such as Stotfold and Silverstone but slower than B5M at lower grip tracks such as Herts.

All 3 are good cars and others at DMS run all 3 so lots of people to get advice from. I am sure you will not be disappointed with any of them.
