All the guys in the thread have the right idea - I do want to say, make sure you have fun!

The following link is the instruction manual for our K021 entire car. I would HIGHLY recommend reading the two sections toward the end: Final Set-up and Race Prep, and Paul's Tuning Section. The first of those especially goes through basic electronics set-up (mostly servo end points), breaking in your diff after a rebuild, and a quick list to go through each time before you hit the track. Getting in good habits regarding looking over your car, taking car of basic maintenance, etc, will go a long way to helping you get faster. The Tuning Section is a little more in-depth, going through the various adjustments in the car and briefly explaining what effect each one will have.
