I can't offer to help as I've never done a TC shell before so don't know what is involved (and am not able to do painting at moment due to other time demands), but if it is just a 1 colour shell could you not simply buy a can of Tamiya Flo yellow and use that?
Even if the shell doesn't have window masks you can easily do them with masking tape?
