There isn't a "one size fits all" option for the myriad of ESC settings. The top boys will make changes for different tracks and grip levels of the same track during a day.

A lot is down to personal preference as well, are you the kind of driver that can feather the brakes gently before a turn or a whack it back full kind of guy?

Boost and turbo - simply put, boost adds timing across the entire rev range of the motor, whereas turbo adds an extra bit at the top end only, and can be set to come in after full throttle is held for a set period of time, used for long straights.

Example for me on a dry day my 1st stage throttle is set medium and 2nd stage strong, on a wet day I drop this to very weak and weak. That's with a 5.5T in 4WD though, and again what I found works best for me.
