Hello all,

Thanks for the comments so far, to answer how bad it is.
If I want to turn the gears by hand I need to install all the gears including the spur. Only then can I rotate the gears by rotating the spur.
If i just put the 2 idlers in and I try to turn the Shaft that comes out
of the CNC idler, I need a plier to get past the tight spot.
When everything is assembled I can rotate the gears fully but I feel
heavy resistance. I think my motor will run through it but it will run hot
I think.
I might just give it a go on the bench without wheels and keep my eye on the temperature and see if it frees up.......
