Hey guys, thought I'd say hello,
I'm "one of them" that bashes RCs, lol but thought I'd stick my head in and show you my Slash 4x4.
Started as a normal Slash, I don't know if any of you have followed my project on other forums (not sure if I can link forums on here? It's not like Maxbashing is it?
) but it makes an interesting read.
I ran it on 8s Lipo with a Neu 1527 (rated around 6-8hp) 2500kv. Dubbed the "
Insanity Project" It was only a short lived one though, was fun while it lasted.
Size comparison next to a Mamba Monster 2200kv (Neu 1527 is on right):
The speed controller, or "Rubix Cube" as I like to call it, lol, capable of 250amps and 15s Lipo.

It was FAST but never got a full flat run, it broke all the time.

But I've taken all that out now 
it's nice and simple now, running a 3000kv motor on 3s.
Has many hop-ups, Losi 8ight Shocks, full RPM, upgraded Revo diffs, custom made centre driveshaft, MIP driveshafts all around:
It has even been dyed brown (a failed orange)

Ran lots of different setups in the videos, Mtroniks, MGM, VXL, Mamba Monster from 2s to 4s (excluding the project mentioned above).
