Q: I would like to know how neccissary the alloy upper shock tower housing were on the K1 ? (I will get them as soon as the budget allows anyway)
But wondered if it was an upgrade that should be done immediately - especially if you consider it may prevent snapping a shock tower too.
How many of you broke the stock housing before upgrading ? I wonder if the Aero's nut guards work to add overall integrity & durability to this area .... thoughts ? |
Front but guard should be a massive improvement especially if you race anywhere like southport!
I was for ever replacing nuts if it rolled on the Tarmac or cobbles!
Definetly a good upgrade depending on how it wears obviously a but is cheaper than one of those protectors!
