My advise is the following:
- download all setup-sheets from the Schumacher site
- download all setups from the petit-rc site

Read them, try to find out, what the differences are. Maybe you find out the basics for generating grip, aggressivity of the steering, if not: maybe someone will give further explanations to the explanations given in the handbook. Never forget: those team drivers have a very experienced driving skill. they know, how to handle the car. They use motors, which will overcharge me fully. They use high speed servos. What`s the value of the "best" steering setup, when the servo is too slow?

Write down your own setup sheet.

Never forget: everyone has a different driving style. some guys need a very "settled car, some people need understeer, some need oversteer... All a matter of personal preferences.

If you got some basic ideas about the set ups: go to a track:
- Try to drive as much as you can.
- but: start with your setup
- and each 5-10 laps change a bit.
- but at each run, change one detail, only

I would start with different tyres
then try different springs, then the different wholes in the wishbone then the holes in the towers. And then when you think: this fits! change the ride hight.

And then, you can change the other settings like toe-in, camber,.....
And then: change the oil in the dampers.

Other guys may have a different order, its a personal preference. Maybe you can start with the ride hight, directly after having changed the springs. It is up to you.
