Bit stuck on the MDF but for carpet I'm using the astro starter setup previously published by Rich but with the shock travel limited by 5mm. Diffs are 5/300/3 and shocks are 37.5/32.5. I think it's all as the astro settings other than that. Car was mega(again). It seems the car doesn't need much changing from track to track so far.
