Been using the work zone from Aldi. It's ok for soldering motor wires but it's just not getting the job done for ESC terminals. Tried adding flux, feeding solder etc but it's just not melting the solder.

From a quick Google, I think I need something a bit better, particularly the size of the tip and finding leaded solder?
