in fact I have put a bit on..
It was to be expected though as after my BIG OP I could not do much for 6-8 months.
Just getting back into it now though although stomach and back are a bit dodgy as the surgen had to cut through some muscle so I have to be careful until it fully recovers.
Plus I have been enjoying myself aswell... tut tut .
Big push from now on to get back the fitness and loose the Wedding/honeymoon/ beers and food etc.
Watch this space in next 3 months...
