Ford did go off the boil a bit with the (Hot Hatch/Performance Car) side of things. Then for a number of years they teased with the Focus RS, then released the MK1 Focus RS.
Then the big blow, for me anyway No COSWORTH engine in the Focus. But before that the Mr Duckworth and Mr Costaine who were COSWORTH pulled on Ford. Then the biggest blow was the COSWORTH Badge would end up on the biggest rival ***** SUBURA (SUBARU) ***** Yes I believe only 75 were made of the COSWORTH SUBURA (SUBARU).... In a horrible dark graphite grey...
Actually it was very very nice.....
But having the MK3 FOCUS RS with a number of editions in this and still the Rumours of the FIESTA RS returning who knows.....
