I personally would go with Bodgit 100% accept no responsibility what so ever and if it was me and he'd said that to me I would of downed him then and there. People like him really piss me off sorry.
I run my own truck and see atrocious driving everywhere all day everyday, it seems people can't take responsibility for there own mistakes anymore.
I had a guy take both my mirrors off my truck the other month and didn't even try to avoid it. He hit me that hard I thought the window was going to come in with the force of the mirrors hitting it. He didn't stop but I did manage to pull his reg of the video from my camera which I woudnt be without at all anymore. I'm still trying to get my £330 back I had to pay for a new pair of mirrors 2 months later.
