Those are two major changes yes, but the main change in my opinion is the chassis plate. They removed Sub-C holes and it is narrower at the front. Also, the motor mount is now split in two for easier mesh-adjusment. Rear hubs are slit in two and has added more adjustments and optionable blocks for different hole positions. Ehrm.
