hadnt trained legs for a few months and trained with a guy who is entering a bodybuilding comp in a few weeks so trained with him (big mistake)..like an idiot i tried to keep up and do the weights he was doing and the reps he was doing ...
did quite well until i woke up the next day ..
it just got worse from then on ..
