I'm running quite a bit this year to make my car easier to drive. I've got approximately 40-50g in/around the front, 90g RudeBits Weight under the Lipo and Trish's weight in front of the motor.
However, last year I ran pretty much none, with my car just over the weight limit. So that shows either can work and it's all down to personal preference, so don't feel that the car 'needs' extra weights to perform, they are just options
