We've had a Smax for 3 years now 2.0 TDI 140 it's a fantastic car and good to tow a caravan with, wish we had the titanium but only for parking sensors and looks, it does 35mpg towing and 45ish without, have a Mazda CX5 2.2 150 2wd for work that only returns 44mpg on a run with just me in so when I eventually tow with it it will be less than the Max.
Have been told that the 1.8tdi is more reliable as it's a Ford engine and the 2.0 we have is actually Peugeot made!!
