I was just about to write that I have used most of the big name esc over the years, tekin, lrp etc but now use the 120 amp xcar esc from hobbyking, flash it with the hobbywing / speed passion timing firmware and for me you can't beat it. Heavy duty components with full adjustability and They are £30!
