It will be much the same system as last year Chef, a meeting to decide venue and date (after Nationals are announced so no clashing), a post in this section detailing them (end of Jan ? perhaps).
Booking in will be via the
DMS online form or downloaded pdf from the
Stotfold site. Of course you can just turn up - but.......
