And wouldn't you have thought the TLR engineers would have tried a variety of wheelbases before settling on the one they did, especially having had experience with shorter wheelbased cars in the past?

It was a valid question because -- other than the fact the SC chassis' addition 3mm would still be LEGAL (and the SCT's wheelbase on a 2wd buggy would be illegal by about 30mm), if the advantage of the shorter chassis was so obvious everybody would be using them, from the J-mainers to the A-mainers... and to include the TLR drivers. Simple logic really.


But since those team drivers have access to everything wouldn't you have thought one of them might (just maybe) have tried one, or maybe someone else here? That's all the poor guy was asking.
