Thanks guys, I really appreciate the response To answer CCristo's questions:

Re- the camber: Camber is built into the rear axle carriers (see last picture in this post) - adjusting it can be done by swapping to blocks with another angle or swapping blocks between left and right (to reverse the camber angle in the blocks). Note that the ride height of the car influences the amount of camber too because of the angle of the hinge pin on the chassis.

Re- the wheels, it will be possible to run 12mm hex wheels. Myself I also use 12mm hex wheels, so I already have the solution: With the front axles from the Associated B5/B5M it is possible to run 12mm hex on the rear - 12mm hex on the front can be run with various types - I use B5 hexes up front with a 1mm spacer between the hex and bearing:
