what is happening from the sound of it is the rear suspension is collapsing causing the inner front wheel to lift. this can be prevented by running stiffer rear springs and matching the damping accordingly. moving the rear shocks in on the tower will increase side bite and make the suspension feel softer standing the shocks up will reduce side bite and increase steering.

this should help you
Regarding springs I got it and moved to AVID suggested springs.

Regarding tower shock position, than I should move out in rear and move in in front tower?

Petitrc looks down now, will check guide as soon as it's up again.
