Hate to be a pain.. but the statement about the outer ply being kevlar isn't quite true...
It would appear to be a woven Carbon/Kevlar fabric (or RAC in Gurit terms
), rather than pure kevlar (kevlar is the yellow bit, carbon is black). Like I said, hate to be a pain.....
Still looks funky though, one-day I'll use some of that in some Home-jobs... never gets used at work
