Got a secondhand X10, and rebuilt the shocks. When I noticed the front shocks didn´t have the rebound valve. Are they a "must-have"?

Going to drive on fairly bumpy dirt-tracks.

Otherwise I liked the construction of the shocks, very easy to rebuild and maintain(sp?).

One thing I noticed was the frontshocks had different angles towards the centershaft. Need to recharge the camerabattery, then I post a picture.
