Since York, as I'm sure many clubs do, run under the BRCA insurance they cannot allow Lipo until BRCA approve them in that class. you can run anything and its covered by brca general rules. clubs may choose to follow BRCA rules to the full, but they are NOT forced to. if lipo or nimh caused damage to car or property then its not a brca insurance claim any way.
