an alloy chassis can cause tweek, by taking an impact the chassis bends/flexes/etc and often by releasing points mounted to it it will spring back flat, this is common in ic on road ( which i do) indeed you can slack a top deck, twist the chassis, retighten and have a tweeked car.
when alloy flex's its not bent where it is throw away, infact on sever occasions a big hammer can be used.
by the same token a plastic or carbon chassis can tweek weather flexi or stiff.
