I left the track at just before 8pm and pulled into the TGI Friday's restaurant in Watford (about 3 miles from home) at just after **:30pm to meet up with some friends who had been racing 1/8th scale at Slough. I did check the sat nav and ther "whole" journey (to home) was 1
53 miles and not 163 like I put, but it certainly was not a slow journey home
(must of been the excitement of the day... I knew I took the car instead of the van for a reason!!)
