Next to check would be the voltage of the cells, if the pack as a whole reads over 6v then all it needs is a normal charge.

Thanks for the reply


Ok i've tested my saddle pack on the charger and power analizer and there ok,

There is no reading on the volt meter from both packs i checked it with charger with and without the balance cables on all charge options it keeps saying low voltage ,I'll try another meter on them but looks like there doomed
