To be fair to both sides tamiyas were easy and pleasant to build and excellent for novices
On the other hand schumacher were race bred and designed for racing so it was expected that they were built by people with some experience
Horses for courses
Tamiya for fun/newbies/bashing
Schumacher for racing enthusiasts
Both have merits and drawbacks remember mobile phones were still the size of a suitcase 👍😀😀 oh the old rose tinted glasses
